The IEEE J-ISPIN is soliciting proposals for special issues on current and important technical topics of broad interest. A proposal for a special issue should have sufficient content to address the following: Background and motivation, importance and relevance to the scope of the journal", tentative timeline, a list of guest editors and their brief biographies with emphasis on their experience in the proposed topic and relevant editorial experience, an analysis of the timeliness of the proposed topic, a one-page draft of the Call For Proposal (CFP), and a description of promotional activities for the CFP. A specific template for submission is available here. Guest editors interested in organizing a special issue are invited to submit a proposal to the Editor-in-Chief.
